Strong. Powerful. Raw. We do what you say because you are clear and concise. Attentive! You make people feel so seen and special. The space you hold is real and raw.

My Purpose & Presence

First and foremost, I am a mother, and through this journey, I’ve learned—over and over again—that filling my own cup first is not just important, but essential. It’s a continual practice, one that challenges me daily, but one I remain committed to because I know that taking care of myself allows me to show up fully for those I love.

Just as I honor my role as a mother to my child, I feel deeply connected to our greater mother—Earth herself. Living in Bali, I witness firsthand the environmental challenges we face and the undeniable effects of climate change. I strive to waste less, recycle, reuse, and live as consciously as possible while remaining practical. From the food I eat to the clothes I wear, the products I use, and the way I create—I am always looking for ways to tread lightly, be better, and do better. One day, I hope to take this work further and create bigger, lasting change in the world around me.

Rooted in Practice

For over 15 years, yoga and Pilates have been the throughline in my life—a constant that has supported me through every reinvention of myself. It has been my anchor through grief, change, and transformation, a place where I return to find balance, strength, and inner peace. Teaching movement isn’t just my career—it’s my passion. I guide my students through practices that are grounding, functional, and transformative, with an emphasis on breath, nervous system regulation, and sustainable movement that supports everyday life.

Catie is one of the most sincere and passionate yoga teachers I have ever had the privilege of taking class with. Her knowledge, understanding and intuition on the body is magnificent. Her kind and caring heart offers delicious and well thought out flows sharing spaciousness with the breath, body, and mind. Every time I get on my mat with Catie I feel a softening, I feel a calmness, I feel a coming home to the present moment and a deep sense of peace.

Personalized Support

Well-being is deeply personal, and I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach. That’s why I offer customized guidance and intentional spaces for those seeking balance—whether it’s through movement, self-care practices, or sustainable living choices. Whether you’re looking to reset, build strength, reconnect with yourself, or integrate more mindful habits into your daily life, I’m here to help you find what works for you.

THE INTERSECTION OF IT ALL

My work exists at the intersection of motherhood, movement, sustainability, and mindful living. Whether I’m leading a class, creating with my hands, or sharing in community, my goal is always the same—to live with intention, respect, and connection to both myself and the world around me.

Catie was one of my teachers during my Yoga Teacher Training in Sanur, Bali. 8 months after I still mention her name quite often in my conversations. Whether it’s her jokes, the way she approached each of us and really saw us or the way she explained something to us during the training.

The way she lives her life is truly inspiring as it’s so obvious in every step that she is being true to herself and what she believes in and values as a person, mom, friend and more.
